What Do You Like Best About Sanborn Head?
My favorite moments working at Sanborn Head include working with the talented, engaged, and bright staff of our company and observing their dedication in their day to day work.
What Project Are You Most Proud Of At Sanborn Head?
The remedial investigation of chlorinated solvents in an upland fractured siltstone site involved the staff from most of our office locations, provided us the opportunity to work with specialists from Universities of Waterloo and Guelph, Ontario, and a great important client. The work was completed with the use of unique approaches that have only been applied at a handful of sites worldwide.

Fun Facts About Me
I consider myself a “Dane in Maine.” I celebrate birthdays in the office by singing the Danish birthday song – a 24 verse, never ending song. I leave the car at home and walk to and from work every day. I am a member of the Maine Swing Dance Society dancing to fantastic, timeless music with a group of people of all ages. I have visited Bangladesh multiple times where I have worked with health, social, and earth scientists to understand and mitigate the Bangladesh arsenic crisis – the occurrence of natural high arsenic concentrations in drinking water that threatens the health of more than 30 million people in Bangladesh alone.
