Matt brings unique credentials to SHA in that he has experience in consulting engineering as well as professional experience working for a major solid waste collection and disposal company in northern New England and New York. Matt has more than 13 years experience in solid waste, civil and environmental engineering. Matt's practice has focused on solid waste site design for facilities in New England and New York including the preparation of plans and specifications for landfill liner and capping systems; computer generated volume determinations; development of grading plans; leachate collection system and stormwater management system design. Matt is a proficient CAD Designer and in conjunction with his design work, Matt has managed construction quality assurance (CQA) services provided by SHA on several large-scale earthwork projects. These projects include various landfill liner system and capping projects as well as roadway and secondary containment system construction.
