Paul joined SHA in 1994, and has over thirteen years of environmental consulting experience at industrial facilities and Brownfield properties in Ohio and other eastern states. Paul's background is in environmental geology with extensive experience in contaminant assessment and providing technical support to clients who participate in Ohio's Voluntary Action Program. His area of technical specialty is in planning, implementation and management of remedial investigations for properties impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, metals and polychlorinated biphenyls. In addition, he has planned and managed environmental investigations and corrective actions under RCRA and TSCA programs. Paul also has installed and operated various remediation systems, including groundwater pump and treat systems, soil vapor extraction systems, sub-slab ventilation systems and several types of oil recovery equipment.
