Catherine has performed environmental site investigations of commercial and industrial facilities and has evaluated environmental conditions to support development options and/or remedial alternatives. She has extensive experience preparing risk assessments and regulatory documents required under the Massachusetts Contingency Plan. Additionally, Catherine has performed a variety of environmental and geotechnical field investigations, including soil, groundwater, soil vapor, and indoor air sampling, and real-time indoor air screening with a portable GC/MS. Catherine has a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Catherine is a member of CREW Boston and ULI Boston where she is a member of their Young Leaders Group committee.
What Catherine likes best about working at Sanborn Head is the collaborative atmosphere and passionate colleagues that inspire her to do her best work.
When she is not working, Catherine takes fitness classes (boxing is her favorite, yoga is a close second). She likes exploring the area in and around Boston, and spending time with family and friends at the beach.
