Our journey toward becoming a more diverse, equitable, inclusive company embraces both how we work together as members of the Sanborn Head team as well as identifying goals to help guide the development of new practices and programs to support the growth of our team in the areas of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Internal learning opportunities have included team panel discussions, company-wide programs, and special programming for leadership development all designed to generate awareness, build compassion, and engender curiosity. As we move along our journey, we are excited about embracing new perspectives as we create an environment that allows both current and future team members the ability to bring their best selves to work each and every day.

Health and Safety

We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthful work environment for our people, clients, and others. This begins with comprehensive health and safety training and extends to careful worksite analysis, on-site safety measures, and training on client-specific policies and requirements.

Community Engagement

We understand the importance of supporting the communities in which we live and work. Across all of our offices, we give back to our neighbors in our local communities through gifts of our time, expertise, and other resources. Through company donations to local charities and employee-led initiatives like sponsored walks/runs and donations to local food banks, we’re proud to lend our support to the communities where we live and work.
