Kelly is an experienced manager for solid waste projects throughout New England.

Kelly’s main focus is on the permitting, design, and construction of disposal airspace at solid waste facilities. She has particular expertise in solid waste and civil engineering, stormwater management design, and design and construction level engineering documents. Kelly earned an associate’s degree in civil engineering and a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from Vermont Technical College.
Kelly will tell you that the favorite part of her job is taking a project from start to finish – beginning with the initial permitting and design phase through construction, and then going further to provide operational support. She enjoys working closely with clients to identify obstacles and engineer solutions that help them meet their goals.
When she’s not helping clients achieve their vision, Kelly spends much of her time outside with her family, gardening – including growing her own vegetables – hiking, and kayaking.
