Tom has particular expertise helping clients navigate environmental regulations requiring remediation of contaminated sites in New Jersey. He is a New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional and Professional Engineer who is well versed in the state’s Department of Environmental Protection’s regulations and standards.

Tom is skilled at developing remediation strategies that deploy the most appropriate technical solutions to address groundwater and soil contamination that also consider the client’s objectives. Tom enjoys working with clients to help them understand and manage risks associated with environmental liabilities.

Tom is a member of the Licensed Site Remediation Professional Association. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Rutgers University. Tom also serves as the office team lead for the company’s Philadelphia area office.
