He has expertise in all aspects of environmental due diligence, expertise with respect to PCBs in building materials and environmental media, and has extensive experience with private and municipal redevelopment projects where he enjoys working with a range of practitioners, regulators, attorneys, and other stakeholders to help clients revitalize their properties.

Tim is a member of the American Chemical Society, LSP Association, and the Environmental Business Council of New England, where he is a member of the TSCA and Emerging Contaminants Committee. He has a degree in environmental conservation, with a chemistry minor, from the University of New Hampshire.
