Tricia’s technical experience is centered on environmental assessment and remediation, and she specializes in the evaluation of business and environmental risk in support of real estate negotiations. She has a strong working knowledge of regulations governing hazardous waste site cleanup activities, including the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) and Connecticut Remediation Standard Regulations. Tricia has an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Tricia’s favorite part of the job is collaborating with clients and colleagues to develop strategies that help move development projects forward. In particular, she takes great pride in seeing blighted properties turned into useful and vibrant new developments. She also enjoys mentoring staff and finds herself learning just as much from them as they do from her.

Tricia is a Past President of CREW Boston and sits on the Board and Executive Committee of the Environmental Business Council of New England. She also serves as Sanborn Head’s Silver Gavel member representative of NAIOP Massachusetts.

On the weekends, you can usually find Tricia in the audience cheering on one of her three sons during music performances. She loves to travel, and Tricia likes to keep active and try out new fitness challenges, such as sprint triathlons, relay races, and aerial yoga.
