Tricia is the leader of the Development market group and is responsible for client service, technical practice, staff development, and the team’s long-term business strategy.

Tricia’s technical experience is centered on environmental assessment and remediation, and she specializes in the evaluation of business and environmental risk in support of real estate negotiations. Tricia has an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Tricia’s favorite part of the job is collaborating with her clients and colleagues to develop strategies that help move development projects forward. In particular, she takes great pride in seeing blighted properties turned into useful and vibrant new developments. She also enjoys mentoring staff and finds herself learning just as much from them as they do from her.

Tricia sits on the board of CREW Boston and the Environmental Business Council of New England. She also serves on the Programs Committee for the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) Boston, where she is a former co-chair.

On the weekends, you can usually find Tricia in the crowd cheering on one of her three sons at sporting events or music performances. She loves to travel, and Tricia likes to keep active and try out new fitness challenges, such as sprint triathlons, relay races, and aerial yoga.
