Sanborn Head is pleased to announce that Sean Fullmer, PG, has joined the firm as a Vice President in our Philadelphia office. Sean brings extensive expertise in commercial and industrial real estate due diligence and brownfield remediation, further strengthening Sanborn Head’s environmental practice.
With a broad background spanning site characterization, hydrogeologic assessment, and groundwater modeling, Sean adds significant depth to the firm’s environmental capabilities in the Mid-Atlantic region. His technical proficiency includes fate-and-transport analysis, vapor intrusion investigations, multimedia fate and transport modeling, and public water system installation and permitting.
Sean is well versed in regulatory compliance across a range of programs, including the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) Chapter 250 (Act 2) and Chapter 245 (Act 32), New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA)/Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA), and State National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) programs. This multi-state regulatory fluency positions him to serve clients navigating complex environmental requirements across jurisdictions.
Beyond his technical work, Sean brings substantial project and client management experience, including budgeting, profitability oversight, staff development, and business development.
“We are excited to welcome Sean to the Sanborn Head team,” said Barret Cole, President and CEO. “His depth of experience in brownfield remediation and environmental due diligence aligns directly with the needs of our clients, and his leadership capabilities will be a tremendous asset to our firm.”
